In this project, we worked with Key Leadership Team and Team Members of various dealers (Teams of 80 - 300 persons) over 8 months year on year. We tackled areas of leadership, business insights, metrics, goals and growth, innovation and service to create customer experience movement globally with a focus on Philippines’ market.
In the Philippines, these dealers are run by family businesses.
