The emergence of world events and its impact on entire nations has served to drive home the importance of systems work. We've seen that systems are like spider webs; touch one strand and the whole structure moves.
For us to truly harness the collective intelligence inherent in the systems around us, we must first acknowledge that relationship systems, whether in teams, organisations, or families, are one of the most complex systems to navigate. Once we acknowledge that, how do we begin to navigate them? We believe the answer lies with ORSC.
As our countries and the global economy begin to open up around us, how do we begin to envision and subsequently co-create the systems we want to see? For us at Elf Coaching, building a solid, supportive and encouraging ORSC™ community across our lands in APAC is a primary focus of this vision.
We are seeing ORSC-lings (ORSC Practitioners) step forward to share the rich knowledge they have with others in the community. We are seeing ORSC-lings invite people beyond the community to join us in our learning. This act of coming together to share, value-add, explore and experience as a larger entity is powerful - and we want to thank you for being a part of it.

Virtual ORSC™ Fundamentals
We launched our first-ever Virtual ORSC™ Fundamentals course last month! It was a great success and we received superb feedback. With courses shifting online, we are seeing new revisions to module content. This ensures that ORSC™ stays relevant in the current context.
I enjoyed the experience immensely, the facilitators and supporting team were excellent. Even though the course was virtual, I don't think that impacted the learning at all.

We are launching our Virtual Intermediate Series this year.

Gain mastery in coaching and leading teams remotely through the Virtual ORSC Program. The 5 ORSC Modules (Fundamentals + Intermediate series) offers high interaction, retains experiential learning steeped in rigour and direct application throughout all of our program.
Beyond accessing more than 30 tools which can be facilitated in person, and remotely, be connected to a community of world workers and Systems Practitioners across APAC in the upcoming Virtual Series.
